I called on Tuesday & talked with Dimitri. He set up an appointment on Thursday between 1 and 4. He told me that Anthony would be coming to check out my heater. Anthony texted me on Thursday to let me know he'd be here by 3:30. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the starter battery for the fan, & was finished by 3:45. The heater is now working perfectly.
