Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My HVAC broke down on the first day of the heat wave in August😣. After interviewing 3 contractors, I went with Pure Air. That’s because Dimitrii seemed to be very knowledgeable of the HVAC systems. He explained to me why a traditional HVAC was a not a good choice due to California’s specific regulations, and that a heat pump would be more energy efficient in the mild weather here. I went along with his suggestion and have been very happy since with both cooling and heating. Dimitrii ‘s price was very competitive and he has been very responsive to my requests. There is one more thing worth mentioning is his technicians. They are experienced, professional and very pleasant to work with. I am glad that I made that decision back in August😊.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Five stars. Dex from Pure Air stopped by at the time that was specified and was very professional and made sure to be thorough in his evaluation of what the issue was. He broke it down and presented possible options to consider and then issued an estimate pricing for the options promptly. I was confident that the pricing was very competitive and fair and decided to go ahead and overhaul the heating system and revise the out of date ducting. Their crew showed up a few days later and finished the work in one day. The work looks great and we are super happy with the results. I highly recommend Pure Air for your HVAC needs!

Anthony has been amazing! Our AC broke in the middle of the night and they came out next day. Everything was super professional and they fixed it perfectly. Thank you!

They were great with communication, got the job done early and efficient while they were here. No issues, definitely recommend them.

I called on Tuesday & talked with Dimitri. He set up an appointment on Thursday between 1 and 4. He told me that Anthony would be coming to check out my heater. Anthony texted me on Thursday to let me know he'd be here by 3:30. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the starter battery for the fan, & was finished by 3:45. The heater is now working perfectly.

We had Pure Air clean all of our many vents in our house. Egor and Vlad were right on time, professional and knowledgeable about their craft. They did a great job and were very polite young men. Will use again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony and his team for the installation of a new AC unit and I am beyond impressed with the level of service they provided. I need to take a moment to brag about them! From the start to finish, Anthony and his team demonstrated professionalism, expertise and commitment to delivering a truly outstanding AC installation experience. Pure Air LA arrived on time and showed tremendous collaboration within their team and communicate with me throughout the entire experience. Anthony kept me in the loop every step of the way as well as educated me on the process, prices and installation requirements while also sharing his insight and advice. I felt like he was really listening to all of my concerns and he answered every question I had without hesitation. He really seemed to care and want the best for me. Pure Air LA put time and effort into helping me and paid attention to all my needs, questions and requests. I felt very valued and trusting of them, they were all so knowledgeable, I learned so much about heating and air conditioning. My place has never felt so refreshing at all time. Beyond their technical skills, Anthony and his team demonstrated a genuine commitment to putting me first. They took the time to address any questions I had, providing valuable insights and ensuring I felt comfortable with the new system, they have even called to check on how I like it a. My dog and I felt completely comfortable with Pure Air LA's team in our home with me there as well as when I wasn't there. They kept the area they were working in so clean and organized they probably left it cleaner than it was when they arrived to start the job. Anthony and the team's dedication to leaving my home in pristine condition made their commitment to going above and beyond expectations shine (literally). My entire experience with Pure Air LA was a breeze or may I say...breath of fresh air! I have told all my friends and family how great of an experience it was. I had been putting off replacing my AC for years and now that I finally have, I can't believe I waited so long since it has had such a positive impact on me every day since it has been installed! Clean air is so important and it should be a priority!! I wholeheartedly recommend Pure Air LA and their amazing team of professionals. Thank you so much for everything, Anthony. You deserve the most success and I am SO happy I found you and chose you for the job! Thank you again and best of luck in everything you do! Shoutout Anthony, Juan and everyone else on the team that worked so hard to make me happy!

I can't help but express my immense satisfaction after our recent HVAC installation, all thanks to Dmitrii, Anthony, and the entire Pure AIR team. Their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction was clear from the very start. Dmitrii was incredibly informative, helping us navigate our options and select the perfect system for our home. Anthony oversaw a flawless installation, showcasing not only his expertise but also his commitment to ensuring everything was done right, down to the smallest detail. What stood out was the Pure AIR team's professionalism. They arrived on time, respected our space, and ensured everything was tidy upon completion. But the service didn't stop after installation; they followed up to confirm our system was running smoothly and provided helpful maintenance tips to guarantee its efficiency. Heartfelt thanks to Dmitrii, Anthony, and everyone at Pure AIR for making what could have been a stressful endeavor an absolute breeze. If you're seeking superior HVAC installation and a team that stands by their work, look no further. Five stars without hesitation!

Not only does this make it hard to sleep or relax, but it can also raise your blood pressure and stress levels. At our company, we understand the importance of keeping your HVAC system running smoothly. The most significant issues with an old HVAC or heating furnace are that they use a lot of energy, are often not very efficient, and can produce a lot of emissions. Older furnaces tend to use more power than newer models because they have lower efficiency ratings.

They also produce more emissions because the technology used to make them is often less efficient than the technology used in newer models. All this adds up to high costs for you in terms of both your energy bill and the environment. So it’s important to consider upgrading your HVAC or heating furnace if it’s getting close to its lifespan.

At our company, we pride ourselves on offering transparent pricing on all of our HVAC and furnace replacement services. We know that you deserve to know exactly what you’re paying for, and we never use any hidden fees or surcharges.
