That’s because Dimitrii seemed to be very knowledgeable of the HVAC systems. He explained to me why a traditional HVAC was a not a good choice due to California’s specific regulations, and that a heat pump would be more energy efficient in the mild weather here. I went along with his suggestion and have been very happy since with both cooling and heating. Dimitrii ‘s price was very competitive and he has been very responsive to my requests. There is one more thing worth mentioning is his technicians. They are experienced, professional and very pleasant to work with. I am glad that I made that decision back in August😊.

Dex from Pure Air stopped by at the time that was specified and was very professional and made sure to be thorough in his evaluation of what the issue was.  He broke it down and presented possible options to consider and then issued an estimate pricing for the options promptly.  I was confident that the pricing was very competitive and fair and decided to go ahead and overhaul the heating system and revise the out of date ducting. Anthony has been amazing! Our AC broke in the middle of the night and they came out next day. Everything was super professional and they fixed it perfectly. Thank you!

They were great with communication, got the job done early and efficient while they were here. No issues, definitely recommend them.

I called on Tuesday & talked with Dimitri. He set up an appointment on Thursday between 1 and 4. He told me that Anthony would be coming to check out my heater. Anthony texted me on Thursday to let me know he'd be here by 3:30. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the starter battery for the fan, & was finished by 3:45. The heater is now working perfectly.

We had Pure Air clean all of our many vents in our house. Egor and Vlad were right on time, professional and knowledgeable about their craft. They did a great job and were very polite young men. Will use again in the future.
