That’s because Dimitrii seemed to be very knowledgeable of the HVAC systems. He explained to me why a traditional HVAC was a not a good choice due to California’s specific regulations, and that a heat pump would be more energy efficient in the mild weather here. I went along with his suggestion and have been very happy since with both cooling and heating. Dimitrii ‘s price was very competitive and he has been very responsive to my requests. He broke it down and presented possible options to consider and then issued an estimate pricing for the options promptly.  I was confident that the pricing was very competitive and fair and decided to go ahead and overhaul the heating system and revise the out of date ducting. I called on Tuesday & talked with Dimitri. He set up an appointment on Thursday between 1 and 4. He told me that Anthony would be coming to check out my heater. Anthony texted me on Thursday to let me know he'd be here by 3:30. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the starter battery for the fan, & was finished by 3:45. The heater is now working perfectly.
