I recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony and his team for the installation of a new AC unit and I am beyond impressed with the level of service they provided. I need to take a moment to brag about them! From the start to finish, Anthony and his team demonstrated professionalism, expertise and commitment to delivering a truly outstanding AC installation experience. Pure Air LA arrived on time and showed tremendous collaboration within their team and communicate with me throughout the entire experience. Anthony kept me in the loop every step of the way as well as educated me on the process, prices and installation requirements while also sharing his insight and advice. I felt like he was really listening to all of my concerns and he answered every question I had without hesitation. He really seemed to care and want the best for me. They kept the area they were working in so clean and organized they probably left it cleaner than it was when they arrived to start the job. Anthony and the team's dedication to leaving my home in pristine condition made their commitment to going above and beyond expectations shine (literally). My entire experience with Pure Air LA was a breeze or may I say...breath of fresh air! I have told all my friends and family how great of an experience it was. I had been putting off replacing my AC for years and now that I finally have, I can't believe I waited so long since it has had such a positive impact on me every day since it has been installed!
